Get you out of procrastination mode and help you to rediscover your mojo and motivation, so you’re ready to take the most positive, impactful and productive actions towards your goals.

Clarify the steps you need to take to feel fitter and stronger, to increase your energy, to reduce your stress levels, and to grow your body confidence.

05 Move forward

Get unstuck and finally feel like you’re moving towards your goals and desires with purpose, clarity and ease.

Here's how your session will work

Awareness

We’ll start by identifying the blocks, limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns currently slowing down your growth and stopping you from taking productive action. This will help you break free of procrastination, frustration and self sabotage and step into a much more empowered energy, where you’ll reframe your beliefs and get ready to actually create deep change and success in your life. 

Planning

Using my 11+ years of expertise in fitness, wellbeing and the peri to post menopause transition, combined with therapeutic coaching, we’ll help you to create a bespoke plan of action that’s going to help you make the most of this new energy, in a way that feels totally in alignment with yourself, your life and your purpose.

Accountability

This session (along with your follow up support and accountability) is about creating quick, deep, mindset shifts that are going to help you look at things from a different angle and come up with more helpful, productive thoughts, beliefs and, ultimately, actions. To finish the session we'll agree on the actions and I'll follow up for the next few weeks to keep you accountable.

After this, there will be no more feeling like you’re always running to keep up, spinning all the plates, or feeling stuck in planning (and not doing) mode! 

Instead, you’ll walk away feeling energised and excited about what’s next for you, ready to actually create change in your life and feeling fully confident and empowered to take it on and be your very best self

  • A 90-minute coaching session via zoom*
  • A pre-session questionnaire to help you hone in on exactly what you want to work on, so our session can be super targeted
  • 5 days of follow up voice message support via Voxer (a free messaging app) to help you continue to gain clarity on the things we’ve discussed during your session.
  • A further 4 weeks of weekly accountability via Voxer, where I’ll message you each week to check in on progress and agree on your next action steps.
