Hi, I’m Alix, founder of ChickFit, busy Mum and Women’s Fitness & Wellness Coach.
I’ve been working with women for over 10 years to help them create more balance, build exercise and healthy eating into their busy lives, and thrive at all stages from pregnancy right through to menopause.
And I know through personal experience, and through working with women at all life stages, that the peri to post menopause years can be a real flashpoint in our lives. A time where we know things might have to start changing, but we're not always sure where to start.
